All reservations require payment of the first night rate as a deposit. If you fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, your reservation will be canceled and you will not receive any refund or credit. The hotel strictly enforces the cancellation/change policy and does not allow any exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation of or change to your reservations must be received at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival date for a refund of your deposit. Other Policy
**An extensive roof restoration project is beginning at the Wawona Hotel.**
The construction will be focused on replacing the roof with a new fire-rated roof and upgraded flashings to protect the historic Wawona Hotel. The construction will only take place in the Main Building of Wawona Hotel, and construction sound should be limited to the working hours of 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday. At this time, there will not be any impacts on breakfast or lunch services. However, please note that during this roof restoration project, there may be some interruptions to the views from the main veranda, dining room, and select second-floor room as scaffolding will be present around the main building. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 13 or over is an additional $13.00 per night for the rooms with a shared bathroom or $21.00 per night for the rooms with a private bathroom. Rollaway beds are available for $16.00 per night, only allowed in Standard 1 Double 1 Twin with Bath and Standard 1 Double 1 Twin without Bath. Please note there is an additional $2.00 conservancy fee per room per night.
