Reservation Policy

The first night room and tax will be charged in advance on all reservations with a credit card.

Cancellation Policy

All Reservations are subject to cancellation fees. A fee of $ 15.00 is charged on all cancellations. If cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to arrival there is an additional charge of 25% of the advance deposit. Any cancel after 4 PM of arrival date or a NO SHOW will receive no refund of advance deposit.

Pets Policy

$25.00 per night per pet. Pets are not allowed in the Majestic Suites.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change or increase depending on availability. Please note rollaway beds are an additional charge of $25.00 and cribs are an additional $15.00, not allowed in River View King Spa or Family Suites. Please note there is an additional $3.00 Fire Assessment Fee per night. A $17.00 per night resort fee will be charged for all reservations.
