Q:Can I see the waterfalls from the lodge?
A:Although Yosemite Lodge at the Falls is on the Valley Floor and just walking distance from views of the falls, the rooms themselves do not offer water fall views. Still, the Lodge is unmatched as far as convenience in access to the major sites in Yosemite.
Q:Is Yosemite Valley Lodge the premier lodge in Yosemite?
A:Yosemite Valley Lodge is rated as a 3 star property, and although it may book more frequently than all the other properties in the park, the Ahwahnee Hotel is the world renowned, premier lodge in Yosemite National Park. The Ahwahnee Hotel is just walking distance from the Yosemite Valley Lodge.
Q:What are the dining options for Yosemite Valley Lodge?
A:There is a full service restaurant called the Mountain Room, on site. They offer a wide variety of foods and beverages on there menu. Casual setting and a relaxing atmosphere are offered at the Mountain Room restaurant.

The gift shop is open daily from 8 am to 8 pm.
Q:Is there WiFi?

WiFi bandwidth is limited at Yosemite Valley Lodge. WiFi is only recommended for checking email or some (very) light web browsing. Don't expect to be able to stream movies or download/upload large files.

No, the rooms do not have air conditioners. Each room is provided with a fan.
