Reservation Policy

The first night room and tax charge are due at the time of booking. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations on or before seven (7) days prior to the arrival date will receive a refund of the first night's deposit, less a $25 processing fee.
Cancellations and no-shows, within seven (7) days prior to the arrival date, will be charged in full and forfeit 100% of the stay. 
In the unlikely event that you must shorten your stay or check out early, with less than seven (7) days’ notice prior to arrival, Please understand that you must take 100% responsibility for your entire reservation.

Pets Policy

Narrow Gauge Inn welcomes well-behaved pets in specific rooms for a non-refundable fee of $30.00 per pet per night. There is a maximum of 2 pets per room. Pets may not be left alone in your room unless you are elsewhere on the Inn property.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Rates increase in the summer months between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend. Also, rates increase for weekends, holidays, and special event periods. Each additional guest age six or over is an additional $50.00 per night. Rollaway beds are available for $25.00 per night in Suites or in Rooms with One King or Queen. Pack and Plays are available for $20.00/night for children 2 and under. Please note there is an additional $5.00 Tourism Fee and $12.00 Energy Fee per night.

The front desk is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. from April to November and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. from November to April.
