Reservation Policy

To secure your reservation, the full amount for the entire stay will be charged at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations on or before seven (7) days prior to the arrival date will receive a refund of the first night's deposit, less a $30 processing fee. Cancellations and no-shows, within seven (7) days prior to the arrival date, will be charged in full and forfeit 100% of the stay. In the unlikely event that you must shorten your stay or check out early, with less than seven (7) days’ notice prior to arrival, please understand that you must take 100% responsibility for your entire reservation.

Pets Policy

Your pets are welcome at The Groveland Hotel in rooms 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, and 110 for a small fee of $75.00 per pet, per night with a limit of one pet per guest. Dogs must be under 80lbs. Dogs MUST be kept on a maximum, 6-foot leash under owner supervision and may not be left unattended at any time. If a dog is left in your room for any amount of time you will be charged a $250 fee.

• Guests are responsible for “cleaning up” after their dog.
• All dog waste must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle.
• Noisy, vicious, or unruly dogs are not allowed. 
• Groveland Hotel is not responsible for and will hold dog owners accountable for any injury or damage caused by your dog. 

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 2 or over is an additional $20.00 per night. Please note there is an additional $12.00 Energy Fee per night, a 0.0224% Credit Card Surcharge, and a 12% Transient Occupancy Tax per night. Rollaway beds are available for $25.00 per night, room restrictions may apply.

The Groveland is a 100% smoke-free property.  Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the grounds including guest rooms, outside patio, or parking lot.  This applies to all types of smoking and smoke-producing products, including tobacco, vaping, cannabis, cigars, pipes, and incense. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in guest rooms.

Check-in:  4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

The front desk is open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. during peak season and 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. during off-season.

If arriving later than 8:00 p.m., please make arrangements to have after-hours access.
