A credit card will be placed on file upon booking your reservation with a 50% deposit processed to confirm and secure a stay.
Cancellation Policy
14 days prior to your arrival date by 3 p.m., thus no penalty will be applied. In the event you cancel within 14 days of arrival, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must hold you financially responsible for the entire length of your reservation (number of booked days plus room tax).
Pets Policy
Pets (dogs only) are allowed on the downstairs floor only. Rooms that allow pets are; The Mint Room, The Ciboulette Room, The Chamomile Room, The Lavender Room, and The Thyme Room. Pets must be over one year old and weigh 15 lbs or less (no puppies please). A non-refundable one time fee of $85 will be applied.
Other Policy
Rates Policy: Room Rates are for two persons and include a full European breakfast and all Chateau amenities. Should you have an additional guest staying with you, the cost, which includes breakfast is $100.00 per night, per guest. There is a nonrefundable Resort Fee of $45.00 per night per room and $1.00 Yosemite Conservancy per night. Rollaway beds are not available. A two-night minimum stay is required for Friday and Saturday arrival Holidays may require a three-night stay minimum. Holiday weekends may require a three-night stay as they are the busiest times. Also, holiday stays are on a full pension plan and require different rates, please inquire at the time of booking.
