Reservation Policy

One night's deposit is due at the time of reservation, and the full balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 30-day cancellation policy, and deposits are fully refundable prior to 30 days before arrival.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change or increase depending on availability and season. Rollaway beds are not available. Three-day or Two-day minimum. A cleaning fee from May 1 to October 31 is $145. The cleaning fee is waived during the offseason months of November - April.

There is no formal front desk. Approximately one week before arrival, the door code and WiFi information will be emailed to you for self-check-in.
