Reservation Policy

Cancellation Policy

If a reservation is canceled less than 48 hours of arrival charged a 1-night stay. If no show charged for a 1-night stay.

Pets Policy

The Inn West Yellowstone is a pet-friendly hotel, if you are traveling with a pet a pet agreement will be presented at the time of check-in. No additional cost for pets. Pets must be 25 lbs or less.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change or increase based on availability and are based on double occupancy. Additional adults are $10.00 per night. Please note there is an additional charge of $2.00 per night. Rollaway beds are available for $10.00 per night, only allowed in 2 Queens, Suites, or Family Rooms, and not allowed in ADA or 1 King.

The Clubhouse Inn is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is prohibited in or near all hotel rooms. A $250.00 cleaning fee may be assessed for smoking in or near guest rooms.
