All reservations require a valid credit card guarantee due when booking; debit cards are not accepted. Cards provided to guarantee reservations are liable for any applicable cancellation or no-show charges. On check-in, a pre-authorization equal to your total anticipated stay, plus a $100 deposit for incidentals will be placed in a “holding state” on your credit card. On checkout, if you use your credit card to pay for the room, the room amount will be processed and the deposit will be released. Credit card holds usually take 3-10 business days to clear. If after 10 business days, the amount has not cleared, we advise you to contact your credit card company directly. Bookings of 3 rooms or more will be charged a one-night plus tax deposit.
To avoid the penalty of the first-night room rate plus taxes, reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to arrival. In case of a no-show, the first night's room rate plus taxes will be charged. Exception - Prepaid reservations are non-refundable.
Tunnel Mountain Resort hopes to make your pet’s visit as enjoyable as your own. To ensure your furry friend is comfortable, a pet bed, water, food bowls, take-home toy, and special treats will be provided.
Please let us know when you make your reservation that your pet will be traveling with you so we can sure everything is ready for your arrival.
Pet charges are $25.00 CAD per pet per night.
Rates Policy: Rates are based on the Canadian Dollar and double occupancy. A 2-night minimum is required from June 21 to September 21. Each additional guest age 16 or over is an additional $20.00 per night. Rollaway beds are not available.
