Reservation Policy

Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel by 4 pm hotel time 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of the first night's stay.

Pets Policy

$15 per night per pet. The maximum weight of pets is 50lbs. If damage occurs or excessive cleaning is needed, the hotel may charge additionally to cover the costs of repair or cleaning. Designated Pet-Friendly Rooms.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest 18 years old and over will be charged $10.00 per night. Non-Smoking hotel. Rollaway beds are not available. Please note there is an additional $2.00 Occupancy Tax and a $7.00 Downtown Improvement Fee per night.
