A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made by 3:00 PM (Pacific Time) at least two days (48 hours) prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made less than two days (48 hours) prior to arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the first night's stay.
Your room will be held until 7:00 am the morning following your scheduled arrival date. If you do not arrive and do not cancel your reservation by the cancellation deadline, your credit card will be charged 1 night's stay plus tax. Remaining nights will be automatically cancelled. No refunds will be made for early checkouts.
Pets Policy
Pets are allowed. Limited pet-friendly rooms are available. Ask in advance before booking a room.
Pets weighing less than 30 pounds are welcome in the pet-friendly rooms only.
Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request.
A non-refundable fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay.
No animals allowed in the pool area at any time.
Pets must be on a leash at all times.
Pets are not to be left unattended in the room, for any amount of time. A fee of $150 will be charged to guests for each pet left unattended in the room. Pets left unattended will be subject to removal. All costs incurred for kenneling pets will be the responsibility of the pet owner/guest.
The pet fee is $15.00 per pet, per night.
A minimum of $150.00 cleaning fee will be charged for evidence of pets in NON-PET rooms.
Other Policy
Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each guest 18 and over is an additional $5.00 per night. Rollaway beds are not available.
