Reservation Policy

A deposit of one night plus tax is required to guarantee your reservation. The balance due will be taken within the 7 days prior to your arrival, using the credit card you used to guarantee the reservation. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation should your credit card decline the payment.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be canceled 7 days prior to arrival and are subject to a fee of $15.00 plus tax. Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival and no-shows will be charged one night plus tax.

Pets Policy

The Lodge welcomes up to two, well-behaved dogs of any size. There are a limited number of rooms that can accommodate your pet, so be sure to check in advance for availability. You can have up to 2 dogs at a cost of $40 per dog (per night) plus tax and there is a max weight limit of 40lbs per dog. Dogs may not be left unattended in your guestroom unless secure in a crate. Please also be aware that dogs are always required to be on a leash no longer than 6ft.

Dogs are strictly prohibited in any room except in the below room types. If evidence of a dog is found in a room that is not dog-friendly, there will be a fee of up to $250. Specific room types that allow dogs: Kitchen 2 Queens Lake View Cabin ADA, Kitchen 1 King Lake View Cabin, Kitchen 2 Queens Lake View 2 Room Cabin, Standard Room 1 Queen, Standard Room 2 Twins.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change or increase depending on availability and season and are based on double occupancy. Additional guests ages 12 and up are $15.00 per night. Children 11 and under are free. Rollaway beds are not available.

The front desk is open from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.

Upon arrival at Stehekin please proceed to the store to verify if your accommodation is ready. Often, rooms are prepared, but it could be later than 3:00 pm for a guaranteed check-in time.
