Reservations require a credit card guarantee at the time of booking. All CCs will be pre-authorized/charged for the first night's rent when booking. Credit cards that are declined will result in the reservation being canceled. A Credit Card holder must be present at the time of check-in.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 3:00 pm two days before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations/modifications within 48 hours will result in cancellation fees of 100% of room and tax. No-show reservations will be charged 100% of the room and tax, with any remaining days on the reservation being canceled without a refund.
Pets Policy
Pets (dogs only) are welcome for an additional fee of $25.00 per night, pets are not allowed in the Family Suites.
Pets weighing less than 30 pounds are welcome in our Pet-Friendly Rooms Only.
Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request.
A non-refundable pet fee based on the length of stay will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in.
Pets must be on a leash at all times.
Pets may not be left unattended in the room for any amount of time. Guests will be charged $250 for each pet left unattended. Pets left unattended will be subject to removal. All costs incurred for kenneling pets will be the responsibility of the pet owner/guest.
Pet owners will assume responsibility for any and all injuries and pet incurs.
A minimum $250 cleaning fee will be charged for evidence of pets in non-pet rooms, and damages to any room will begin at $50 and can go up to the amount needed to restore the room to its original condition.
Other Policy
Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest is an extra $5.00 per night. Rollaways and cribs are available upon request. Rollaways are $10.00 per night plus tax. Housekeeping services are not offered for any stayovers less than four nights.
