An advance deposit will be charged for your first night + tax. The charge will appear as The Nautical Beachfront Resort. Fully prepaid, non-refundable, and non-cancellable policies may apply based on booking dates.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled 3 days prior to arrival or forfeit the first night's room & tax.
Pets Policy
There is a one-time, non-refundable $50 per pet fee. Additionally, we charge a $200 refundable damage deposit. Rooms are inspected upon check-out for damage to the room, contents, or property. If any, the $200 will be used to off-set any damages and further charges to your credit card may be charged.
Please do not leave your pet unattended in the room. If it is necessary to leave your pet unattended, please confine it to a pet carrier. Pets may not be leashed to any furniture or fixtures in the room.
Guest complaints, including loud barking and disruptive noise, will not be acceptable, as we may have to credit guests in neighboring rooms for their inconvenience. You may be charged for these costs.
Dogs must always be leashed when on The Nautical grounds.
Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
Pets are not allowed in the pool or water park areas.
Your pets may accompany you to the Turtle Beach Bar sand area only but are not allowed in The Turtle Grill.
Other Policy
Rates Policy: Room rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $15 per person additional charge for three or more guests in a room. There is no additional charge for children under 18. Room rates and taxes are subject to change. Please note there is an additional $29.00 resort fee per night. Rollaway beds are not available.
Overnight, reserved boat parking in our Cove is available all year. Rates are $75 per night Monday through Thursday, $150 per night Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and $250 per night Holiday Weekends and Special Events. Overnight boat parking in our boat slips on the courtesy dock and in front of our Beach Suites is complimentary on a first-come/first-served basis.
