We loved our stay at this resort - the staff was very helpful and the room was clean and very nice. There were beautiful views from our room and we loved the jacuzzi tub in the room! The pool and wet bar also looked great but it was a bit too cold to enjoy for us in the cold December weather. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend!

After we checked in, my wife found that most of the people in her group had no hot water. We felt lucky to have hot water until we woke up to find half our room flooded and our personal belongings soaking wet. We called the front desk to complain, only to be told we needed to come to the office for a key to another room. The hotel staff refused to send any one to help move us and would not offer any help with our wet clothing. After walking to the front office for a new room key, we moved all of our stuff into the new room only to find it had no hot water. During all of these issues, not one staff member of the hotel offered us any assistance, apologies,or even so much as an update as to when we could expect to have hot water, or what we could do about our wet clothes. When I called to complain, they acted as though they were unaware of the problems we had with our wet clothes and eventually sent housekeeping to pick them up. As of this writing we are still without hot water. In summary, this is a run down hotel that charges 4 star prices staffed by people whom don't seem to care. But, the view is nice.

Interesting...

Stayed here with my husband and ten-year-old son on our way home to California from Arizona in January 2020. The room rate was reasonable and the staff were very friendly. Our room was in Cove Suites B on the upper level. Our balcony had a great view of the cove and the Turtle Beach Bar was right across the cove. The view was the best part of our stay. The room is in desperate need of an update. The furniture had moisture stains and was generally worn out. There were stains on the carpet and even in the mattress on the fold out sofa. The lighting was very poor in both rooms (we had the 2 queens with sofa bed). One of the pillows smelled like mildew and the microwave was dirty. The shower seemed to have been recently remodeled and was clean, but the curtain didn’t hang low enough so water leaked into the floor. The $25 Resort Fee included use if the pool, boat launch, 2 bags of ice and use of the kid’s zone water park (which was closed for the season). The only amenity we used was the 2 bags of ice. The beds were not uncomfortable, but my son didn’t end up using the sofa bed, as we had intended when booking the room, because of the condition of the mattress and the fact that the 2 seat cushions had large slash marks on the undersides. It looked like Wolverine had slashed them with his claws. The foam was exposed and didn’t seem sanitary. This location is great and the property has potential to be excellent if renovations take place.

Great views. Pet friendly.

Stayed one night with our dog. Room was on the water front. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Places to walk the dog. Running path nearby. Close to the London Bridge. Friendly, efficient staff. Can't comment on the restaurant, or shop, because they were closed.

Gross!!!

This place is a dump!!! It’s dirty!!! Smells bad!! Beds are super uncomfortable!! The pull out / sofa beds was so dirty and stained I wouldn’t let me dog sleep on it. I would not stay here again!! The hotel food was usual bar food, not very good.
