Great location outside of town. They have multiple buildings throughout the property with two levels the ground level has direct access leading to the beach. There is a large pool on site with plenty of space for swimming or lounging. I've stayed here several times and never had any issues. Staff is great and are happy to assist any needs you have. Rooms are clean, offer full size refrigerators, and microwave. Will continue to stay here on future visits.

Let's start with nice things: the pool and view of water. Now let's get to it... Room not ready even tho we didn’t check in until after 4pm.. be aware they put extra 100 dollar hold on ur room .. they don’t tell you until u check in . No housekeeping during your stay. Dirty Room smells musty. Doors dented, carpet stained, bed like a rock, pillows were ready to be replaced 10 years ago, bathroom tub chipped and a nice dark ring around it. Tile worn, white paint around door with stain marks. Sink with rusted out stains, walls with scuff marks all over, furniture as old as the bridge. Patio rails rusted out. Garbage left out in front of rooms. Restaurant overpriced with ripped chairs and tables stained. Management could care less. This is no “resort” ! Check anything else out for the money.. motel 6 up road look new and right on beach. Or better yet, state park has cabins to rent nightly for less money also on beach. -now you know

Thank you to The Nautical for making our 40th anniversary so very special. Absolutely everything was perfect…from the kindness of the front desk to the helping smiles of housekeeping, our suite, the food and service at The Naked Turtle, and even the sunrises and sunsets!

Nice place to stay

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The location of the room was great, right on the beach. I liked the full size refrigerator in the room. The double sink was nice in the morning when the wife and I were getting ready. The walking tract near the resort was nice.

Worst customer service from front desk clerks

This was our first visit to Lake Havasu, so we chose this hotel. One of our mistakes was not reading the reviews. Upon arrival, we checked into two rooms. One of them had a smell resembling that of a dead rat, making it unbearable to stay there even for a moment. I reached out to the front office and spoke with the manager, Amanda Mosier, who was quite unprofessional and rude. We requested to be moved to a different room due to the awful odor, but she informed us that the hotel was fully booked and asked us to leave. I then went online and made a reservation for another room, and I called back. I asked to speak with her manager, Megan, and explained the situation, mentioning that Amanda insisted we leave and refused to switch us to another room despite available options. Megan then said she could arrange a room change after they had been informed of the situation. I was shocked by how poorly they treated their customers, especially after spending over $1,000 on the rooms. From that point on, the staff was rude and it completely ruined our experience, as we spent our days on the phone arguing about the issue.
