The whole staff was so helpful, professional, and genuinely nice.
Our original reservation wasn't found but Jeanette at the front desk went out of her way to help make it right. We had a great time! Thank you

Nice views, but disappointing customer service
The views were amazing, and they accept pets which is a big bonus for us. However we're extremely disappointed that upon arriving home, we realized we left 2 bathing suits in the bathroom. We called the evening we checked out, but never got a return call. We called the next day and were told nothing was found in the room. I find it hard to believe housekeeping didn't find 2 bathing suits when they were cleaning. Either they did not report it, or they missed seeing them - either way that is less than stellar customer service in my opinion. I fully accept responsibility for leaving them behind, but it seems like SOMEONE would have found them and turned them in.

Also had reservation cancelled
We were advised on November 13th that our 1 night reservation for December 6th was cancelled. We found an alternate hotel at the Heat and had a fantastic stay over looking the river. I spoke to an agent at the front desk, Doug who advised I would have my deposit refunded back to my credit card by November 18th. I have received zero refund at this time and working diligently with the agency that handled the original booking. I have worked in customer service for over 40 years and this is an example for HORRIBLE customer service, and yes Doug advised as well that it was due to a corporate ownership change or something to that effect. All I can advise is I would never ever stay at this property and would advise anyone I know traveling to Lake Havasu to never stay here as well. Please refund my deposit. This is so unacceptable!!!!!!

They left us high and dry.
Our family booked this hotel back in July, for an upcoming December youth baseball tournament.
Suddenly we were informed, three weeks before our arrival, that the hotel was no longer available due to a corporation purchasing all of the rooms.
At this last minute date, hotels in Lake Havasu are now harder to find, and considerably more expensive.
We were not assisted in any way in finding another hotel, nor were we offered any compensation for our inconvenience.
Customer service has been basically non-existent.
As a frequent traveler, the Nautical Beachfront Resort, will NEVER again get my business, and I am so frustrated with our treatment that I will also discourage any of my friends from staying there.

I got my reservation cancelled 2 weeks before my trip!
There are whole lot of people attending an event at the Lake Havasu Sportsman's Club this weekend. All of us booked rooms earlier this year (I had my reservation confirmed in Feb) only to be cancelled by them last week, leaving me scrambling to find another hotel with available rooms. I found one but at a MUCH more expensive rate! No apology or anything from The Nautical Beachfront Resort to "make things right" for dropping me in it!
I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years but I will NEVER give them a penny of my money again. I would think twice about booking here, as they could cancel your reservation at the last minute, just like they did to me. Disgusting.
