Get the Beach Side and stay away from the Bay side unless you are into the College Scene the Beach side is much quitter and direct access to the Beach. Over all the nautical is my Favorite Havasu Lodging destination. Worth the $$ was able to kayak from Nautical to London Bridge very close and a great view.

Our rooms were clean and you were so friendly and helpful! We totally enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed roving around town, riding the bikes (on the island), sitting by the lake, the view was beautiful! This resort is nice. The rooms are clean. There are beaches, boating, food, a pool, walkways (even bicycles you can borrow, on site) and drinks; all within walking distance. You can stay in the cove area or get to town easily. Nearby activities: I hope you can keep the smaller town appeal. It’s nice to have the boating, shopping, and food all fairly close. It is very cool to see a “London Bridge” and to be able to shop and just walk around the area. Safety: I actually felt relatively safe here. (I am usually a bit nervous.)

Like has been said before place is dirty and old and the people have a bad attitude. In particular the new manager Megan and the front desk lady Barbara I walked in to check in and the lady took 20 minutes to turn on her computer and I asked my wife to come help cause I was done.

Room was very spacious and clean. Requests were promptly attended to. Beach was clean. Check in was fantastic. The only downside was the Turtle Grill. Very slow service and food was served cold. Sent it back and it came back just as it was (cold). Staff at the restaurant seemed bothered by our presence. My kids refused to eat.. The resort itself was top notch..just bad restaurant experience.

Excellent customer service from everyone we encountered. Slight mix up with our dinner Saturday night. Server tried her best. The manager Jennika was over the top EXCELLENT in her professionalism in handling our situation! She listened and went above and beyond to make it right. The property is beautiful and well maintained.
