This place is incredible! The beauty of the lake, the pool, and the well kept grounds were only outmatched by the superb hospitality we received during our stay. We came out from Phoenix to meet some friends from California, and both of our families had an amazing time. From the front desk to the boat rental staff to the pool and restaurant, everyone we encountered truly knows the meaning of hospitality. The food at the restaurant was amazing as well! There are a lot of hotels that don't put enough thought into their food & beverage programs, but this was definitely not one of them. Thank you all so much, we will most definitely be back!

My husband and I went for the first time to lake Havasu, we got there on Sunday 9/13 which was nice and calm, throughout the stay went on the boats to a lot of sand bars and enjoyed our time with friends. I’d like to thank Janet for the warm hospitality and great customer service. I had an amazing birthday week. This trip is certainly not our last at Havasu.

A family weekend at Lake Havasu

We have lived in Arizona for 16 years but have been hesitant to go to Lake Havasu as a family because of its party reputation. I have to say that our stay exceeded our expectations! The Nautical Resort is recently under new management and it is clear that customer service has taken priority. Everyone we encountered from check-in to our servers at the Turtle Beach Bar and Grille were so friendly. My son even left his blanket and they were so nice to mail it to us without hesitation as soon as I contacted them. Now is a great time to visit since capacity is at 50% and the pool is reserved for guests only. The pool bar is also closed which helped maintain a more family-friendly environment. We spoke with the manager and he has plans to shift the demographics to cater more to families by introducing more family friendly activities. The Nautical is such a unique resort, we loved the option to park our boat right out front of our room or at the complimentary docks. Having access to the resorts private boat ramp was a huge perk and two free bags of ice each day was so convenient! The location is great too, near the London Bridge, Bridgewater Channel restaurants (I would recommend visiting this area during the day with kids), Rotary Park, and numerous beaches and coves. There are a variety of room options to choose from, the Beach Suites are the newest rooms. We stayed in the Bay rooms, and although they are a little older they were very clean and comfortable. Each of the rooms have a balcony or patio overlooking the water and my boys loved being able to have both a beach and a pool just steps from our room. We will definitely be back!

I made reservations 3 weeks ago for 2 beachfront rooms over Labor Day. I have called more than 15 times, left 5 messages (because the voicemail is full) and sent 3 emails to reserve a spot to tie up my boat on the beach. After spending 45 minutes on hold with their reservation line and being hung up on twice, I called the main number for the resort and someone answered. It was absolutely amazing, the only challenge is that she was super unfriendly, as if i was the enemy instead of the client. The best part was that she informed we they were out of beach front boat slips and had sold out last week. I am not sure who owns this property, but I am sure of one thing, with this kind of customer service someone else will own this place soon. BUYER BEWARE!

Overpriced, wont be back

Incredibly rude staff from check in to store as well as the waitresses in the Grill. Our room wasn’t ready at 5pm and we were told it would be 2-3 hours! We accepted an upstairs room to get out of the 112 degree heat. No one ever answered the phone. I tried for 2 weeks to get through to reserve a boat slip and no one answers and the VM is full. The rooms are very dated and could use a refresh. Beds are uncomfortable and for the price of the resort, I would expect a more elevated experience. The ONLY thing going for this place is the location, other than that , the property and especially the staff needs a complete overhaul. Overall our stay was a complete disaster. My CC was charged twice, my son left some headphones behind in the room but I cannot reach the hotel to retrieve them as the phone is NEVER answered. Incredibly frustrating.
