Save your money!
We have been here for 4 days and are staying one more night. We had a lot of issues when making our reservation and ended up being locked into a no cancellation or changes deal without them telling us this. We got the reservation email and realized it at that time. We called as the deal was $300
More than the 48 hour deal online. We then realized she had booked us for May instead of March. She quickly told us she couldn’t change it we would have to speak to the manager. We left several messages and never received a call back. We called again and finally got to speak with Joseph who said there were no dog rooms available for this week but he would make an acception and allow us to stay in a regular room at the sale price. When we got that confirmation email it was still the same price $300 more than online 48 hour sale. We called back and left messages. No return of phone calls. We emailed and a few days later Joseph finally responded and said that was the cheapest price available and basically he was doing us a favour by letting us stay in a regular room with our dog. We gave up and never bothered to argue. We get here and room is old and dingy. The resort was full of spring breakers and loud music. The wifi which is “high speed” hardly ever works and you are charge a $20 a day resort fee to have this amenity. The spring breakers were ok the first couple of days then a new crowd moved in and it was nonstop screaming, yelling, loud music, and rude young people. Wish they would have warned us that it is a party hotel during spring break. At the price they charge it would be nice to be able to relax. The pool is awesome but you can’t even take a water bottle in with you. Everything on the resort is very expensive. The maids didn’t even make the bed the just throw the covers up and call it good. The golf course they advertise is closed. The people at the front desk were not friendly to deal with when getting pool towels. The so called regular rooms that they don’t allow dogs in are full of dogs. We spoke to a lady who spends the winter here and the dog rooms are under renovation...hmm Joseph what a deal you gave us!
Save your money go elsewhere there are many place to stay in Lake Havasu.

Great staff very friendly
Our first room was located next to a building that was under construction. We had some construction noise in the morning and we asked the front desk if the construction was going to be going on all week?
The staff at the front desk asked no questions and quickly changed our room. We were very happy with our new room and thank you for the great service!

Very outdated rooms. Poor lighting, Outlets inaccessible for business guests who need to use a computer and charge hand held devices. Rooms desperately need updating and modernizing. At $200/night in the off season, this was a pretty dismal experience

Great view clean rooms Pleasant staff
So its the last weekend of February and cool so Lake Havasu isn't exactly hopping yet. With that said, this is a very nice hotel with a spectacular view, convenient places to eat, drink and lounge. Very nice fairly large infinity pool overlooking the beach. Lagoon view rooms are very specious, plenty of room for 5 as someone can sleep on the couch. Not sure what the allowance is for extra persons as I did not book this stay. Staff is very friendly. Gas golf carts are a little loud and the exhaust stinks like an old, poorly tuned lawn mower but they aren't around that often so do not detract from this hotel greatly.

Distant Nautical Beachfront
When I arrived the front desk personnel immediately acknowledged me. The check-in process was quick, friendly, and easy. I was handed cards for ice bags as the hotel does not have ice machines, which I thought was strange. The hotel room was decent, a little outdated in the room and the bathroom has a very odd set-up. The outside of the building is very modern and nice. The pool was the best part of my stay! I wish they had a hot tub. The property is not within walking distance to any attractions, however, if you have a boat it is right on the water. The price for this hotel was way higher than I would recommend paying.
