BUYER BEWARE!! We haven't even arrived for our stay and I am already freaked out!
I made reservations 3 weeks ago for 2 beachfront rooms over Labor Day. I have called more than 15 times, left 5 messages (because the voicemail is full) and sent 3 emails to reserve a spot to tie up my boat on the beach. After spending 45 minutes on hold with their reservation line and being hung up on twice, I called the main number for the resort and someone answered. It was absolutely amazing, the only challenge is that she was super unfriendly, as if i was the enemy instead of the client. The best part was that she informed we they were out of beach front boat slips and had sold out last week.
I am not sure who owns this property, but I am sure of one thing, with this kind of customer service someone else will own this place soon.

Overpriced, wont be back
Incredibly rude staff from check in to store as well as the waitresses in the Grill. Our room wasn’t ready at 5pm and we were told it would be 2-3 hours! We accepted an upstairs room to get out of the 112 degree heat. No one ever answered the phone. I tried for 2 weeks to get through to reserve a boat slip and no one answers and the VM is full. The rooms are very dated and could use a refresh. Beds are uncomfortable and for the price of the resort, I would expect a more elevated experience. The ONLY thing going for this place is the location, other than that , the property and especially the staff needs a complete overhaul. Overall our stay was a complete disaster. My CC was charged twice, my son left some headphones behind in the room but I cannot reach the hotel to retrieve them as the phone is NEVER answered. Incredibly frustrating.

Absolute worst experience
If I could give this zero stars I would. Let me start by saying , before my family drove 10 hours to this place, we tried calling multiple times. We had several questions after reading other recent reviews. When we called there was no answer, and no way to leave a message.
About 1 month ago, we booked a 1st floor suite (the biggest, most expensive room) we chose a beachfront room because we have kids and wanted to be sure they could go straight out to the water. We arrived at 4:15pm on check in day to a completely full parking lot. With Covid, I thought hotels were not supposed to be at 100% capacity, I guess I was wrong! By the looks of the pool, the beach, and parking lot , there was absolutely no way you could social distance from anyone! We went inside to the desk to get our room and found multiple people waiting to get their rooms- ours was not ready, but check in is supposed to be at 4 pm.
They told us it would be at least another 45 minutes! We decided to wait in the car, so as we were waiting, we noticed that the room they were attempting to it is in was not the room we had booked. We again went back inside to make sure we would get the correct room, only to be told they were sold out and over booked! They informed us, that they could not give us the room we booked and paid for. ( we were supposed to be there for 5 nights!) After a few minutes of standing outside in 112 degree heat contemplating what we should do, we noticed a lot of really loud and rowdy groups of adults leaving the pool, as we were deciding if we should stay or not, a clearly very drunk woman started wrestling with a man and he ripped her bikini top and bottoms off right in the middle of the waiting area by the registration, then the guy she was with pulled his pants down!
He left them down so his whole naked butt was hanging out. I went inside to tell the worker and ask that they call security and her response was
“Well, it’s not our fault. We can’t follow everyone around”! No apologies- nothing!!! She could care not have cared less!
I had my 2 kids in the car and there were several families present as well.
Needless to say, we asked for a refund.. told them that the place is absolutely NOT family friendly, and left! We drove another 2.5 hours to Las Vegas because every hotel between the 2 cities was sold out!
I would NEVER recommend this place. The service is horrible, the guests are drunk and disgusting, they are overcrowded, they don’t care if you are unhappy and the place looks like an old outdated 1960s motel and nothing like the photos!!! Do not waste your time or your money! Absolute worst experience- worst vacation EVER!!

My family & I had the best visit! This hotel is amazing and has the best location in Lake Havasu. Our room was perfect, we had a lake view suite. The rooms are clean and the A/C works great, it also has a mini refrigerator which was very convenient. The staff was attentive and accommodating. The private boat dock was the best! We are usually stressed about getting the boat on the water, waiting in line, etc. not this time! Thank you Nautical Inn! We will be back & recommend to friends!

My girlfriend and I have been waiting for a check in the mail for our full refund, that ‘Joe, the manager’ promised us after the worst stay. We have been calling sense our stay on May 27/28 under Chelsea C. Room number 208 or 203.
The mail box is full when we call, and the phone is NOT answered. You need to get ahold of us. This is not okay. We were not wanting to come online and do this but we have no other way to get ahold of them. The reservation number is pictured below.
