Horrible customer service and poorly managed. Got there at 3:30 and did a pre-check-in. Grabbed late lunch and came back at 5:30 in hopes the room was ready. The line was at the door with only one person working the front. Waited 45 minutes in line only to be told my room wasn't ready yet. I heard many of the same complaints while standing in line. Was told I could Stull use the amenities while waiting for my room. What amenities? The pool is the only amenity. I didn't get my room until almost 7pm. If chrck-out is at 11am then how did it take staff 8 hours to get my room ready. Was offered 1 resort fee reimbursement ($33). I asked for a late check-out since I lost out on 3 hours of my paid room and was only given the customary 1 hour ate check-out. The resort was overflowing with trash. Not even kidding, every trash can had several full trash bags sitting besides and already filled trash can. Beer cans and bottles on the lawn. The a/c barely worked. The TV wasn't working. The room was still dirty in plaves. Just overall not great. The staff seemed indifferent and could care less. This must happen a lot because it seemed like just an average day to the staff. Really disappointed. If it wasn't for the fact it would have ruined my 9 years olds trip, I would have ask for a refund and went home.

Manager wasn't available to address an issue with blood on the sheets. We found this the morning we were checking out. Robert in the office was not at all helpful and did not apologize. He did say, "I'll have someone check on that." What is there to check on? Your employees use dirty sheets when making up the room. Some quality control might be a great idea.

Had a mixed experience at Nautical Beach Resort in Lake Havasu. The room setup was a bit inconvenient; the coffee maker was awkwardly placed above the microwave without a nearby outlet, forcing us to use the one by the sink. TV in the living area did not work. Also, the staff seemed uninformed about the tours offered at the resort. We booked the Tiki Tour online, which was advertised onsite also, but the staff were clueless about the details and directed us to contact the tour company directly. Ended up booking with a different provider at London Bridge, where the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. For a smoother tour booking experience, I recommend going directly to the companies at London Bridge Plaza instead of booking through the resort.

Get the Beach Side and stay away from the Bay side unless you are into the College Scene the Beach side is much quitter and direct access to the Beach. Over all the nautical is my Favorite Havasu Lodging destination. Worth the $$ was able to kayak from Nautical to London Bridge very close and a great view.

Our rooms were clean and you were so friendly and helpful! We totally enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed roving around town, riding the bikes (on the island), sitting by the lake, the view was beautiful! This resort is nice. The rooms are clean. There are beaches, boating, food, a pool, walkways (even bicycles you can borrow, on site) and drinks; all within walking distance. You can stay in the cove area or get to town easily. Nearby activities: I hope you can keep the smaller town appeal. It’s nice to have the boating, shopping, and food all fairly close. It is very cool to see a “London Bridge” and to be able to shop and just walk around the area. Safety: I actually felt relatively safe here. (I am usually a bit nervous.)
