A one night deposit will be charged at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will be kept on file to guarantee your reservation.
Cancellations for a hotel room reservation must be received three (3) days prior to arrival. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, we will charge for one night's accommodation.
$50 non-refundable fee per stay, up to 2 pets. Dogs must be under 25 lbs. All room types. Pets may not be left unattended.
Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change or increase depending on availability and season. Please note there is an additional $15.00 resort fee. Rollaway beds are available for no additional cost and are only available in the King rooms. The $15.00 resort fee includes a welcome drink, 20% off one purchase at Heat Wave, an anytime fitness gym pass available at the front desk, a 1-hour bicycle or sup rental, continental breakfast, and 2 complimentary bottles of water in your room.
