Reservation Policy

Your booking has been guaranteed using the credit card provided. No charges will be placed on the card at the time of booking. A valid credit card is required at check-in. Please be aware that authorization of up to $250.00 (in addition to room & tax) will be held on your credit card at the time of check-in. The hold will be released back to you at check-out and may take 5 - 7 business days to reappear on your credit card, depending on your banking institution.

Cancellation Policy

Any reservation cancellation 72 hours prior to your arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellation within 72 hours will result in a credit card charge of one night's room rate plus taxes. Failure to show up for your reservation without notification will result in a 100% cancellation charge.

Pets Policy

• Pet-friendly rooms are available for a fee of $25 per pet, per room, and per night (must be booked at the time of reservation).
• Maximum of 2 pets per room.
• The fee will be charged upon check-in.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: The rates listed are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change. Rates are based on double occupancy. Each guest age 16 and over is an additional $10.00 per night. Please note there is an additional $15.00 amenities fee per night, paid at check-in. Rollaway beds are not available. Complimentary parking is available on a first-come/first-served basis. The front desk will advise of available parking upon check-in. Please note that the rates are subject to 5% Good and Services Tax, 4% Tourism Marketing Levy and 2% Tourism Improvement fee. Subject to change. A $2.00 per room, per night EcoFee is included with your stay to invest in efficient technologies, support regional initiatives, and track progress.
