Reservation Policy

A credit card guarantee is required as a deposit with the balance due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel by 4 PM 30 days from May 19-Oct 10, and 3 days from Oct 11-May 18 prior to arrival to avoid any penalties.

Pets Policy

Pets are permitted in the hotel at a price of $50.00/day (max 2 pets) to a maximum of $250.00. The animal must be on a leash at all times. Pets must be kenneled if left unattended for brief periods, and front desk is alerted. Pets are not allowed in food service areas, including the lounges or Great Hall. *Working Dogs the Exception*.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change and are based on double occupancy. Each guest 18 and over is an additional $50.00 per night. Please note there is an additional $50.00 resort fee per room per night. Rollaway beds are not available.
