Reservation Policy

The full payment amount will be held on your credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel up to 7 days before arrival without fees. Cancellations within 7 days and no-shows will be billed in full.

Pets Policy

Non-refundable $25.00 fee per pet per night. Small dogs under 20 lbs are welcome. Advanced notice is required or will be turned away upon arrival. No unattended pets can be left in the room. Designated Deluxe Style rooms on the first floor only.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 18 or over is an additional $25.00 per night. Room rates and taxes are subject to change. Rollaway beds are not available. Guests staying at the Hotel Seward will receive a 15% discount coupon to use for breakfast at the Hotel Edgewater.
