Reservation Policy
A valid Credit Card is required to confirm your reservation. Holidays require a deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel by 4:00 PM local hotel time at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night(s) cancel penalty charge. Holidays are non-refundable / non-cancellable. Reservations and rates are guaranteed based on the original dates of stay at the time of booking. Guests who depart prior to their scheduled departure time are subject to a minimum $75 early departure fee.
Pets Policy
Dogs only, no other pets permitted, 2 pet max, combined pet weight limit is 80 lbs. The pet fee is $50.00 plus an additional $5.00 per night for 1 dog, and $75.00 plus an additional $10.00 per night for 2 dogs. A limited number of pet rooms are available, Deluxe Rooms with 2 Queen Beds or Deluxe King with Sofa Beds are pet-friendly rooms only. Arrangements must be made at the time of the reservation. Dogs may not be left in guest rooms unattended. A $100 fine will be charged for leaving a dog in a guest room unattended. Dogs must be registered at the front desk upon arrival, failure to register your pet will result in a $150 charge in addition to our standard pet fees.
Other Policy
Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change or increase depending on availability and season. Each additional guest age 12 or over is an additional $10.00 per night. Rollaway beds are available for $25.00 per night only in Suites. Pack-n-Plays are available for $10.00 per night. Parking is available at $5.00 per night.
