Reservation Policy

A forty percent deposit is required when the reservation is made. The balance is due upon your arrival for check-in.

Cancellation Policy

If you do wish to cancel this reservation, please contact us at least a week (7 days) prior to your reservation and you will receive your deposit less a $20 administrative fee. If the cancellation is received less than a week from the date of your reservation, you are responsible for the entirety of your reservation.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: No rollaway or cribs are available. All rooms are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. A $100 fine will be charged if it is found that either of these rules has been violated.

Check-out: 11:00 AM

Please check in at the Glacier Highland (12555 Hwy 2 East, West Glacier, MT 59936) it is about 3/4 of a mile from the Glacier Vista Motel.
