An advance deposit equaling 50% of the total of your reservation including state and local taxes is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of your reservation is due in full 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Should you need to cancel your reservation, the cancellation policy below applies.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are fully refundable 7 days after booking.
Between 8 days after booking and 45 days prior to arrival, all payments made will be refunded less a $40.00 cancel or change administrative fee per night stay for original cottages and $100.00 per night for Morning Star and Triple Divide Cottages.
There are absolutely no refunds for any reason 45 days prior to arrival. The Cottages at Glacier recommends and strongly encourages that you invest in traveler's insurance to avoid forfeiting payment should you need to cancel your reservation for any reason.
A no-show on the date of arrival is considered a cancellation of your entire reservation there will be no refund.
The Cottages at Glacier are unable to deviate from policies due to weather, illness, flight delays, road closures, etc.

Rates Policy: Cottage rates are based on an occupancy of four to six people and are subject to taxes. An additional person (maximum occupancy of seven people) will be charged $45.00 plus taxes per night. Cottage occupancy limits are not to be exceeded. Maximum occupancy of seven people. Minimum Night Stays of 2-3 Nights Apply Depending on the Cottage. Please note there is an additional $30.00 cleaning fee per cottage/cabin. A rollaway bed is available for $45.00 per stay and Pack n Plays are $15.00 per stay by request and are subject to availability.
