Policies of North Forty Resort:

Reservation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. The full balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to receiving a refund. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, you will lose your full deposit.

Pets Policy

$10 per pet per night. Max 3 pets allowed. Pets allowed in six cabins only (2 Ponderosa, 2 Larches, 2 Aspen Suites). Pets cannot be left unattended in cabins.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each guest age 14 and over is an extra $10.00 per night. There is a 2-night minimum for the cabins. Exceptions can be made for a 1-night stay in the Ponderosa Cabin. Rollaway beds are not available.

Check-in: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

The front desk is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM during peak season and 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM during off-season.
