Reservation Policy

Reservation Policy for The North Forty Resort to secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 30 days or more before your stay: You will receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations less than 30 days before your stay: Your deposit will be non-refundable. Bookings made within 30 days of your stay: Your deposit becomes non-refundable after 24 hours from the time of booking.

Pets Policy

• Adult dogs only. No cats or other animals.
• Dogs are allowed in the Aspen and Ponderosa cabins only and must not go in cabins other than the one they were declared in. 
• If you must leave your pet alone in the cabin, we kindly request that they are kenneled while unattended.
• Your pet must be at least one year old and housebroken.
• A one time, non-refundable fee will be charged of $50 dollars.
• Pets are permitted on the furniture as long as pet covers are provided. If your cabin lacks pet covers, kindly notify the front desk so we can supply them to you.
• Please keep your dog on a leash at all times when outside. Never leave your dog tied up outside or left alone on the deck.
• You agree to pick up after your pet and dispose of waste properly.
• Pets must not disturb the peace of the resort, barking or howling will not be tolerated.
• You are responsible for ANY pet damage. Should there be any damage, it must be reported DURING your stay, so we can promptly schedule repairs. If your pet causes damage, you agree to pay for repairs. Pet damage is NOT covered by the pet fee .
• No bathing the pets in the showers and bathtubs in the house or using guest towels for wiping them down.
• All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. The cabin owners assume no responsibility or illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises.
• If you or any of your guests bring pets without prior approval the pet fee will be $250 and same rules apply.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each guest age 14 and over is an extra $10.00 per night. There is a 2-night minimum for the cabins. Exceptions can be made for a 1-night stay in the Ponderosa Cabin. Rollaway beds are not available.

Check-in: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

The front desk is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM during peak season and 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM during off-season.
