A deposit of the first night's rate plus tax is required at the time of reservation. Full payment is collected three days prior to arrival and is then non-refundable.
June 1 - Sept 30 & Dec 19 - Jan 6:
A deposit of the first night's rate plus tax is required at the time of reservation. Full payment is collected 14 days prior to arrival and is then non-refundable.
LAKEFRONT CONDOMINIUMS
Deposit of one night stay is charged at the time of booking to guarantee reservations, with final balance due 3 days prior to arrival.
LUXURY HOMES
Deposit of the first night plus tax at the time of booking. Reservation balance due in full 14 days prior to arrival and processed on credit card on file.

Full refund on reservations canceled up to 3 days prior to arrival.
LUXURY HOMES
Cancellations can be made 14 days prior to arrival with a full refund of the deposit, less a $100 processing fee.
NO SHOW POLICY
If the guest does not arrive or contact the property by 6 pm the day after their originally scheduled arrival, the reservation will be canceled and the guest is responsible for the full room rate and all applicable taxes for each night of their original reservation.
No pets allowed.
Rates Policy: Multiple night minimum requirements may apply during peak season and holidays. Rates are subject to change or increase depending on availability and season. Rates are subject to change based on the time of the year. Guests aged 13 and up are billed as adults. Condos require a 3-night minimum stay. All room charges are subject to 8% Montana Lodging Sales & Use Tax; 3% Whitefish Resort Tax; 1% Community Sustainability Fund (voluntary); 1% Whitefish Lake Institute Contribution (voluntary); 10% Resort Services Fee. All taxes and fees are subject to change. Providing maximum occupancy is not exceeded, a rollaway bed may be added for a fee of $40.00 per night, based on availability, to any room except Lodge Standard or Luxury Home.
