For 2026 bookings, 40% due at the time of booking; balance due upon check-in. For 2027 bookings, 50% due at the time of booking; balance due upon check-in.
For 2026 bookings, prior to 7 days to arrival, $20.00 administrative fee for cancellations or any changes. Within 7 days of arrival, the entire stay is forfeited for cancellations or any changes. For 2027 bookings, reservations may be canceled more than 30 days before the scheduled check-in date with no cancellation fee. Reservations canceled between 14 and 30 days before the scheduled check-in date will be charged a $30.00 cancellation fee for each night canceled. If you shorten your stay during this period, the canceled nights will also be subject to a $30.00 fee per canceled night. No cancellations or changes will be accepted within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date. Any request made within this 14-day period, including canceling the reservation, changing dates, reducing the number of rooms, or reducing the number of nights, will be treated as a cancellation, and the full reservation amount will be charged. If a guest does not arrive for their reservation and has not canceled in accordance with this policy, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and the full reservation amount will be charged. Once a guest has checked in, no refunds will be provided for unused nights if the guest chooses to leave earlier than the original departure date.

Rates Policy: The number of people will not affect the cost of the room. Prices are based on the peak season or off-season: Peak season is June 15 - Sept 15. Rates are subject to change or increase depending on availability and season. All motel rooms are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. A $100 fine will be charged if it is found that either of these rules has been violated. Rollaway beds are not available. Pop-up cribs are available upon request for an additional charge of $10.00 per night.

The front desk is open from 8:30 am - 9:30 pm / Off Season 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm (subject to change). An envelope will be left after hours for guest check-in when the office is closed.
