A forty percent deposit is required when the reservation is made. The balance is due upon your arrival for check-in.
All cancellations are subject to a $20.00 administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount of their reservation. There is a $20.00 change fee. Any shortening/removal/cancellation of reservation done within 7 days of the start of the booking must be paid for in full. The card on file will be charged for full payment before any shortening of bookings less than 7 days before the reservation.
No pets allowed.
Rates Policy: The number of people will not affect the cost of the room. Prices are based on the peak season or off-season: Peak season is June 15 - Sept 15. Rates are subject to change or increase depending on availability and season. All motel rooms are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. A $100 fine will be charged if it is found that either of these rules has been violated. Rollaway beds are not available. Pop-up cribs are available upon request for an additional charge of $10.00 per night.
