Reservation Policy

A deposit of the first night's rate plus tax is required at the time of reservation. Full payment is collected at the time of reservation for bookings within 3 days of arrival. Jan 1 - May 31 & Oct 1 - Dec 31: Full payment is collected 3 days prior to arrival and is then non-refundable. June 1 - Sept 30: Full payment is collected 14 days prior to arrival and is then non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Jan 1 - May 31 & Oct 1 - Dec 31: Reservations canceled or modified within 3 days of arrival forfeit payment for the full stay. June 1 - Sept 30: Reservations canceled or modified within 14 days of arrival forfeit payment for the full stay. No-Show Policy If the guest does not arrive or contact the property by 6 pm the day after their originally scheduled arrival, the reservation will be canceled and the guest is responsible for the full room rate and all applicable taxes for each night of their original reservation.

Pets Policy

Dogs are welcome on the main level of the Firebrand Hotel in designated rooms. Please note a dog will be staying at the time of reservation. A non-refundable $50 pet fee is assessed per lodging reservation with a dog. A dog bed, bowls, and treats are included. Limit two dogs per room. Dogs may not be left unattended at any time during the stay.  Pets are NOT allowed in any of the suites.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change. Included in the nightly rate is an 8% MT Lodging & Use Tax, 3% City of Whitefish Resort Tax, 10% Service Fee, and 1% Tourism Promotion Assessment. Rollaway beds are not available.
