Policies of Grande Denali Lodge:

Reservation Policy

A deposit of 100% of the total price of your reservation is due the day you book your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel by 4:00 PM local hotel time at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge equal to 100% of your stay.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each guest age 18 and over is an additional $25.00 per night. Rollaway beds are not available. For guests being picked up at the train station an additional Rail Transfer Fee-One Way: $18.00 per person, Rail Transfer Fee-Round Trip: $24.00 per person, Rail Porterage/Baggage Handling Fee: $10.00 per person and is required for all Train Arrivals/Departures. This charge is charged at the time of booking and is in addition to the room rate. When arriving at the train depot, look out for the shuttle to Denali Bluffs Hotel & Grand Denali Lodge.
