Policies of Capitol Reef Resort:

Reservation Policy

A deposit equal to 1-night room & tax is required at the time of booking and will be charged to your Credit Card.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel by 3 PM local hotel time at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 1-night room & tax cancellation penalty charge.

Pets Policy

Capitol Reef Resort does not allow pets. Registered service pets are allowed with appropriate documentation.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Extra-person 13 and over are charged $10.00 per night. Conestoga Wagons & Teepees are available seasonally from late May through September and require a 2 or 3-night minimum stay. Our Cabins are available year-round and require a 2 or 3-night minimum stay from April through September. Rollaway beds are not available. Additional camping cot or bed roll for a child guest can be provided for an additional mandatory charge of $25.00 per night for use in the Teepees.
