Reservation Policy

An advance payment of the first night of your stay is taken upon reservation.

Cancellation Policy

If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 72 Hours* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. A refund will be given less a $25 processing fee. 

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three 72 Hours* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made. 

*A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events. 

Pets Policy

Cabins 21, 22, and 23 are pet friendly. Please make a note in your reservation if you'd like to book one of these cabins.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest 13 years and up is charged $10.00 per night. A $200.00 cleaning fee will be assessed for smoking in and/or bringing pets into any room or cabin. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. You will be charged for missing or ruined linen and pillows. Rollaway beds are not available.
