Reservation Policy

In order to guarantee your reservation, a deposit of the entire room and tax is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Individual room reservations must be canceled 5 days prior to arrival. Individual room reservations booked during holidays or certain events must be canceled 14 days prior to arrival.

Pets Policy

Pet-friendly rooms are only available in the Los Portales rooms. The hotel charges a $50.00 per day, per pet non-refundable service fee. Service animals are welcome.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 11 or over is an additional $15.00 per night. Rollaway beds are available for $25.00 per night, available in the Casitas and a few select Los Portales rooms only.
