Bass Cottage & Ullikana provide guests with an unparalleled experience in luxury and elegance as they visit Acadia National Park. The historical homes, originally built in the 1880s and located next to each other, provide a private downtown haven from which guests can take an easy stroll to restaurants, shops, the waterfront, and the Island Explorer shuttle. Open seasonally (early May to mid-November), all rooms/suites come with a king or queen bed and sleep a maximum of two people. All 22 rooms (11 in Bass Cottage & 11 in Ullikana) include a private bathroom, flat panel TV/DVD, and free wireless internet. Additional amenities in some rooms include fireplaces, separate sitting areas, and private terraces with harbor views. Rooms in both homes reside on the first, second, and third floors. Rooms on the second and third floors are accessed by stairs. All rooms are non-pet-friendly.

A guest pantry is available for snacks and beverages throughout the day. Guests can also attend an evening social.
