Your booking has been guaranteed to the credit card provided. No charges will be placed on the card at the time of booking. A valid credit card is required at check-in. Please be aware that authorization of up to $250.00 (in addition to room & tax) will be held on your credit card at the time of check-in. The hold will be released back to you at check-out and may take 5 - 7 business days to reappear on your credit card depending on your banking institution.
Any reservation cancellation 72 hours prior to your arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellation within 72 hours will result in a credit card charge of one night's room rate plus taxes. Failure to show up for your reservation without notification will result in a 100% cancellation charge.

Rates Policy: Rates are based on the Canadian dollar, are subject to change based on local competition, and are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 18 or over is $20.00 per night. Rollaway beds are not available. Complimentary parking is available on a first-come/first-served basis. The front desk will advise of available parking upon check-in. Please note that the rates are subject to 5% Good and Services Tax, 4% Tourism Marketing Levy and 2% Tourism Improvement fee. Subject to change. A $2.00 per room, per night EcoFee is included with your stay to invest in efficient technologies, support regional initiatives, and track progress.
