Upon Check-in, we will require a valid credit card to pre-authorize your total stay plus a security deposit of $150.00. When you check out you have the option of paying by credit card, debit card, or in Canadian Dollars. Guests reducing the number of nights will still be responsible for the total stay amount.
Reservations must be canceled by 4:00 p.m. (MST) 48 hrs prior to your date of arrival to ensure no cancellation fee is incurred. Special Cancellation conditions are in effect for the Christmas/ New Year's period. Cancellations received after this time will be subject to a charge equivalent to the 1st night's stay, plus tax. Guests reducing the number of nights within this time frame will still be responsible for the total stay. For reservations over the Christmas Holiday period, a 7-day cancellation policy is in effect.

Rates Policy: All rates are quoted in CAD and may change. Extra people over the age of 16 years old are an additional $20.00 per night. There is no charge for children 16 years and under when sharing with an adult. Rollaway beds are available for $5.00 per night, room restrictions may apply. A limited number of playpens are available at no cost. There is a 3-night minimum stay over the Christmas Holiday period if your stay includes December 31.
