Reservation Policy

The credit card guarantee is required as a deposit with the balance due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel by 4 PM 30 days from May 19-Oct 10, and 3 days from Oct 11-May 18 prior to arrival to avoid any penalties.

Pets Policy

$50.00 CAD, per day, per room, up to a maximum of $100.00 CAD per stay, with a maximum of two (2) pets per room ($15 of this fee is donated to the local SPCA animal shelter). 

Pets must be supervised at all times and must be on a leash in public places. For the safety of your pets and the local wildlife, dogs are required to be on a leash in Banff National Park and within the Town of Banff. Pet-sitting services are available if booked 24 hours in advance through the babysitting service provider. Additional charges will apply.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change and are based on double occupancy. Each guest 18 and over is an additional $30.00 per night. Please note there is an additional $60.00 resort fee per room per night. Self-parking is $35.00 CAD/night, with unlimited access. Valet service is $49.00 CAD/night, with unlimited access. Rollaway beds are available for $30.00 per night; room restrictions may apply.
