At the time of booking, a one night deposit (including tax) is required, per room to guarantee your reservation.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to arrival will incur a $10 cancellation fee per room. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to your full deposit.
No pets allowed. A non-refundable fee of $250.00 will be assessed if there is evidence that a pet stayed in the room.
Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each guest over the age of 15 will be an additional $10.00 per night. Please note there is an additional $1.00 Badlands National History Association Donation Fee per night per room. Rollaway beds are not available. Pack N Plays or cribs are available at no additional charge.

If you arrive after 8:00 PM, there is a late arrival box located near the entrance door of the Lodge. You will find an envelope with your last name on it containing your room assignment and a key.
