Reservation Policy

One-night stay deposit is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

A $20.00 cancellation processing fee will be taken as a penalty for a reservation canceled outside of 7 days of the check-in date. Reservations canceled within 7 days of the check-in date will result in a penalty of the one night's stay deposit forfeited or to be used as a credit towards a future stay. No early check out refunds.

Pets Policy

Sorry no pets or ESA animals are permitted on-premises. Service dogs are welcome, please let us know at the time of booking if you will be bringing a service dog.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: No rollaways are provided. Pack and plays are available on request. A 2-night minimum stay is required, except a 3-night minimum stay is required when booking a Friday or Saturday. Non-Smoking. Please note that an additional 3% resort fee will be added to your total cost.
