This hotel is located right in front of stop 3 on the springfield city shuttle, so it was convenient to get on and only two stops to Zion park entrance and the Zion shuttle. Coming back out of the park there can be a long line to get on the shuttle back to springfield, so it can actually be walked from there to the hotel if it is really backed up and you don't want to stand a long time. The hotel has a good restaurant and across the street is whiptail cafe which is good. The room is nice, bed comfortable. Bed comfortable, I liked that they have a nice big pillow sham that is comfortable to lean up against headboard and watch tv or read. Would stay here again.

We stayed here 2 weeks ago & loved it. The location is perfect, in the middle of things & close to Zion, yet it is not hectic or noisy. The property is small, nicely landscaped and relaxing after a full day of hiking. The pool was convenient & very appreciated! Our room was clean & comfortable with a little patio.
We would definitely stay here again.

This is the place to stay in Zion!
From check in to check out, this property is doing everything right. The location to the Park is ideal. The free shuttle stops right here. The hot tub after hiking is relaxing and soothing. The pool is clean and just big enough to take a dip and cool off. The meandering trail, here on the property is peaceful and centering. The craft beer they sell (The First Ammendment) is cold and crisp. And the meal I had was absolute perfection. I highly recommend the pear and ricotta stuffed tortellini! You will thank me for certain. The stars at night are splendorious. The room is super clean. The bedding is one of the most comfortable I have ever found while traveling. And.....there is a coffee maker in the room to greet you in the morning. This was our second trip to Zion, but our first trip to Flanigans. We hope to return to both again. The convenience of having everything here in one beautiful property is worth every penny!

Close to Zion visitor center
This inn is extremely convenient to VisItor center for Zion (5 minute walk). It is quiet, has a free guest laundry ( although there is only one washer/dryer we were lucky enough to not have an issue doing 2 loads). THe pros are the location and laundry as well as the on site very good restaurant. THe cons are that parking could potentially be a problem if you get there after 5 and people have driven to the restaurant you might have trouble finding a parking spot as a hotel guest since it shares the lot with the restaurant. ALso the air conditioner is not the greatest, it was set at 68 but no way was it 68 degrees in the room. At any rate we were not overly hot, just a bit stuffy given that the outside air temp was in the 90’s. Not all rooms have fridge or microwave (but that is clearly stated depending on your room type). I would think that however for the price, all rooms would have fridge and micro in such a tourist area where folks like to pack a lunch or heat up a dinner in the microwave). There is a microwave available for use in the lobby however. The wifi connection is very very slow.

Overall mediocre experience. I had high expectations due to their effective marketing on the website but under delivered during our stay.
- good location, very close to Zion entrance
- good restaurant on the property
- friendly but fake customer service, all the questions / requests I had were answered with a friendly No and quite a bit of annoyance in a tone of voice. Customer service needs training. But I also understand that they could care less, they have enough business
- we had a terrace room that is pictured on the website as bright and light, in reality it is an under the stair case dark room with a terrace across the walkway.
- outside furniture is all worn and dirty, not pleasant to use
- BATHROOM - the tiniest with a nasty vinyl curtain.
- old mattress, uncomfortable sleep, but again who cares … I guess if you spend entire day hiking in Zion you should be able to sleep anywhere
