This was my 3rd stay at Flannigans and I made reservations for next year before I left! This inn provides wonderful accommodations, kind, helpful staff and a great location. We relax as soon as we enter. The hot tub and pool provide a great place to relax after long hikes in Zion NP.

It was recommended by a friend and we were quite pleased. Both restaurants that were recommended were very good. Only thing I’d say is please put lamps on the nightstands. Need better lighting.

Location is great - able to walk to shuttle, shopping, dinner. Room was comfortable and spacious. Internet was fast and water pressure was fabulous.

This was our first trip to Zion and we chose Flanigan's after speaking with the staff and GM ahead of our trip. The resort exceeded our expectations! We stayed in one of the newly built rooms at the top of the hill which are wonderfully appointed and have a patio and stunning view which we awoke to every morning looking directly out the floor-to-ceiling windows from the king bed. The pool area is lovely with many choices of lounge chairs, umbrellas and cushioned sofas and chairs. The grounds are pretty and the hike to the labyrinth provided beautiful sunset views. The main reception building houses rest rooms, the best water in Springdale, maps/brochures, and most importantly a very friendly staff which comprised two people at all times. This level of service was exceptional in that we had many questions about the area -- which hikes to take at Zion, restaurants in town, etc. -- and the staff was very warm in sharing their stories and recommendations. Flanigan's location less than 1/2 mile from the entrance to Zion National Park made the trip super relaxing as we either walked down to the main entrance each day or took the Spingdale town shuttle which stops directly in front of Flanigan's. Lastly, Flanigan's provides certificates for guests to have breakfast at Oscar's which was delicious and a relaxing walk from the resort each morning. We've traveled extensively and this trip was one of our top 5 experiences.

The location is PERFECT for visiting Zion! The rooms are very clean, spacious and well maintained. In addition, the swimming pool is wonderful and the views are spectacular. We enjoyed dinner at The SPOTTED DOG and had outstanding service. The bus stop is within 100 feet of the hotel lobby and there are multiple restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice hotel and incredible location.
