I left my favorite pillow when I checked out. they found it...washed the pillow cased shipped it back to me almost before I got home ! The only problem I had with the room was with the coffee maker but I just could not figure it out and they came right up and gave me a tutorial!

We were so pleased with our six night stay at The Driftwood Lodge. Our room was sparkling clean, very spacious, and the view of Zion was spectacular, both from inside our room and outside on our lovely patio. It is about a mile walk to the shops and restaurants in Springdale and two miles to the Zion entrance or you can take the shuttle which stops in front of the Lodge. The Virgin River runs right behind the property. It is a very quiet and peaceful location. Highly recommend!

Another disappointing Best Western stay

I spent a night with my family at the Driftwood Lodge in Springdale, UT. A very noisy night with an unsympathetic front desk. Terrible customer service from Sara the manager in the morning. If you are looking for a quiet nights rest without partying neighbors, this isn't the hotel for you.

Beautiful place

We got a canyon/river room and requested the second floor. The view was amazing. The room was clean and large. The bathroom had a tub and separate shower. The room was very quiet, which we appreciated. The balcony was a great size and every day we would sit out there and enjoy the view. Also to add, if you have to sleep in, the curtains block out all the light. Zion is breath taking and this hotel was close to restaurants and the entrance to the park. The local shuttle is right outside the hotel. Stop number 7 If you want a great family stay close to everything, this is it.

Very Nice Stay

My husband and I were in Zion to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. We very much enjoyed our stay at Driftwood Lodge. We got a king room with a view of the canyon. Room was large, clean and the views did not disappoint. We were on a lower level and very much enjoyed our patio. The only thing that holds me back from giving this review the utmost score was, the bed. The bed was pretty uncomfortable. Even for my husband, who can sleep anywhere. I think it’s time for upgraded mattresses. Also, the sheets were bad. They must be a low thread count or heavily used. They felt like sandpaper. Those would be my only complaint about the hotel/room. The restaurant next door, Kings Landing was delicious, as well. I would definitely stay here again!
