Just returned from Zion and the Driftwood Lodge did not disappoint. BEAUTIFUL views, comfortable rooms and wonderful service. Kelly was exceptionally noticeable to us as she helped us with several requests and was always courteous, friendly and willing to help.
The Lodge was located in front of a shuttle station and was very convenient to get to the park. Would love to return to the Lodge!!

We stayed 2 nights The Pros --the king room we had was large with a large deck and a lovely view, Shuttle picks up in front of the hotel. Check out at 11:00 but you can stay parked at the hotel until 5:00. You can pay $8 per person to get a voucher for breakfast at Oscar's in town which is a great deal. Cons-- there was no table or desk in the room just a small stand not efficient for looking up info on my computer or playing cards etc. the room was plenty large enough to accommodate a table or desk, the closet that houses the fridge and coffee maker has no light in it, a light would be helpful. If you have mobility issues request a ground floor as there are no elevators.

It’s a lovely place with fabulous views from room 605. Stayed five nights.
However, we did not have our room cleaned or serviced the first two days due to staffing. No big deal as I was able to get towels, coffee etc from the staff in lobby.
My real concern was bug bites all over my back. I reported it when checking out on 4/11. Desk clerk promised the mgr. would contact me. Three calls later where I left messages, no response.
I am not certain if it was bed bugs or something else.
It’s a common courtesy to have a mgr. reach out if for no other reason than to reassure that room was checked out.
Sadly, they have chosen to ignore my calls.
If they have nothing to hide, why not call me???

Went for a short adventure with my daughter and her boyfriend to the Narrows at Zion, Enjoyed our stay at Driftwood Lodge, the staff was very nice and professional. Our room was very clean and the views were beyond spectacular. Some added pluses, the shuttle is steps away, recommend MeMe’s Cafe and Pizza&Noodles. Highly recommend:)

You never know what to expect when you select a non-chain place to stay but we were pleasantly surprised! It’s a great place to stay if you are visiting Zion! The room was clean, spacious, had a great view and the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Thanks for a great stay!
