Great experience at Zion
We stayed here off season and it was perfect for out trip to Zion. Great service, exactly what we'd expect. The room was comfortable. Not all of the rooms have an unobstructed view of the park, but out room was one of the 'no-view' rooms and it still had a great view across the street of mountains. Had a microwave which was useful.

We stayed 2 nights in one of the newer rooms and it was great. Beautiful views and friendly staff. Not in the crowded part of town but still within walking distance. Definitely stay here again. Only reason not a "5" ranking is because no breakfast provided for a fast getaway, but do have discount vouchers for local restaurants.

No carpeting - for those with allergen concerns
Our one night visit followed 3 nights at Zion Lodge. I appreciated the fact that there was no carpeting in our room. Our room was in the older section, but updated and clean. Slightly awkward set up with the coffeemaker in a closet with dim lighting. But the room was spacious and included a back entrance with a view of the mountains out back. This venue is at the far end of the main drag, away from Zion -- but still close enough to walk if you are a hiker, or for the rest of us just catch the Zion shuttle right out front. The only ice machine(s) are located next to the swimming pool, which can be a distance from the rooms...

We loved this place. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. Our room was great, modern and updated. Location was perfect, with easy access to the Zion shuttle. We loved our walk our patio with two Adirondack chairs. We relaxed at night on the patio with a full moon. The view of the mountains and sound of the river can’t be beat. Loved and highly recommend Driftwood Lodge!

Spacious, clean rooms, friendly and helpful front desk staff, gorgeous views, convenient location
I stayed at the Driftwood Lodge the night before a local 10k run. Everything was just wonderful. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and very clean (I was in the West Temple building of the hotel). The mini-fridge and microwave were convenient and put to use. The west view out the front door looked out at some of the mountain faces, and the east view out the back door and the little patio looked at even more mountains and peaks. Springdale and Zion can get so very busy but the hotel is right at stop 7 for the free shuttle service making it very convenient to get farther into town or all the way to Zion. I highly recommend this hotel.
