I stayed at this property in 2016 and it has not changed. The rooms are old and in dire need of an upgrade. Although we paid $225/night, we were not in the main hotel, but instead were in one of the motel rooms off the main building. The food is awful - with nowhere else to eat, you're forced to have dinner and breakfast at the property. The only good thing about this hotel is the location to Bryce Canyon, which is less than 2 miles away. Next time I'm going to stay at the newere Best Western Plus which is across the way. It was a little more money but newer.

You’re better off staying in a tent.

Outdated rooms, cheapest/hardest toilet paper, creepy staff, and poor food. Ruby’s Inn seems to own everything in town and does not compete with anyone.

My husband and I stayed at Best Western Plus Ruby's Inn on a recent trip to Bryce Canyon. I had originally booked a room at the Best Western Plus Bryce Canyon Grand (across the street), but a room in the main lodge at Ruby's Inn became available for quite a bit less money, so we figured we'd give it a try. This was our first visit to the area and we were surprised that Ruby's Inn is almost like a tiny town in itself. The General Store has just about everything you can imagine - from clothing to groceries. There are a couple of restaurants on-site as well. Check-in was convenient and the front-desk attendant was friendly and helpful. Our room was on the third floor in the main lodge. Our door faced the indoor pool, so it was a little on the noisy side until the pool closed for the night. The room itself was very nice and very clean! It included a microwave, a decent-sized refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker. The beds were very comfortable and after the pool closed, it was very quiet. The double vanity had two sinks and it was located separately from the toilet and shower. The shower had good water pressure but the shower head was super high. There were a few loose tiles on the bathroom floor as well, but it was very clean. We weren't super hungry for dinner, so we decided to go to the Canyon Diner next door instead of the main restaurant. That was a big mistake. It may have just been what we ordered, but the food really wasn't good. Breakfast, which was included in the stay, was another story entirely. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was excellent and offered a lot of variety - eggs, bacon, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, fruit, cottage cheese, yogurt, bagels, toast, juice, etc. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. Service was great too! It was just a short drive to Bryce Canyon National Park as well. We would recommend Ruby's Inn for anyone traveling to the area.

We had a most excellent stay we arrived late because it was a last minute thing from a leadership meeting in salt lake. They were waiting for us had all of our stuff ready so we can go to bed as soon we arrived without any problems. The setting and facility are super close to the park right at the gate. It just was perfect along with the sunrise, thank you

We only stayed one night but I would not likely stay here again. The Pros--restaurant on site can order off the menu or do the buffet which had a large selection of food, free breakfast buffet also a large selection, grocery store/ gift shop on site and the shuttle picks up out in front to the hotel and close proximity to Bryce Canyon. The Cons--the shower floor was very squeaky and felt unstable, there was not enough hot water for 2 showers and the beds need to be replaced they sag in the middle. I would stay across the street at the Best Western Grand in the future when we come back to Bryce Canyon
