Had cowboy buffet dinner at restaurant and selection was extensive. Wonderful gift shop attached and so very convenient to Bryce National Park entrance. Overall western theme is entertaining and enjoyable. Every member of staff we encountered was pleasant and engaging.

But there is everything you want including a great breakfast. Dinner buffet is excellent. Close to the Park so you can come and go. Good parking
Thanks

The attitude of the whole area was just right....busy but hospitable. two extra characters might be added, but i won't
Thanks,

The elevator was broken for my entire visit, the ice machine on my floor was broken for entire stay and took an act of congress to get help getting luggage upstairs, no amenities in room and light bulbs out. No satisfaction from management. These people had me in tears! Would never stay there again.
Great Hotel

We were very impressed with this hotel, starting off with the massive supermarket/gift shop which seemed to sell everything. We got sandwiches for lunch and there were plenty of places to sit outside.
We stayed in a block of rooms away from reception but the room was fine ,cool ,clean ,comfy and quiet ,which surprised me considering the size of Ruby's Inn .
The evening was a real highlight as the hotel runs a free shuttle bus to Ebenezer's Bar across the road ,where they have a Country and Western dinner show each night . It costs around $50pp but is well worth it ,the food is nothing special but the band and singers were brilliant. We thoroughly enjoyed it .
