When I booked this hotel I thought it was just a regular, Best Western hotel but it felt like Disneyland. This hotel is massive and has everything you need. A big market store filled with clothing, souvenirs, food, drinks, etc -- and across the street is a little "town" with an ice cream shop and a souvenir shop. You can make a dinner reservation for a country music show which is also down the street, a 3 min walk from the hotel. My sister and I were really impressed by it and how close it is to Bryce Canyon Park. The only thing I didn't like is that the pool is small and located inside a building as opposed to outside. The rooms were good and spacious, with a fridge too.

Great place to stay when visiting Bryce Canyon. We loved the history of this location and the lodge-style atmosphere. The price was affordable and they offered a free breakfast in their attached restaurant. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Nice indoor pool with hot tub. They had in-house scheduling for horseback riding and a studio to have old-time photos taken, as well as gift shops. The location had a beautiful lobby with fireplace and many sitting areas with tables and chairs for people to gather outside of room. Staff were very friendly. We were quite impressed with the facility.

Great location. Rooms are old and dated. Ours had a leak from above that was dripping down between the walls. We could hear it but not see it .... until the next morning when we felt the carpet was soaked all along the wall and my bag of books was wet. Called the front desk and they sent maintenance who came quickly. Maintenance told us that management was told of this previously but it wasn't repaired at that time. At checkout we were given a bit of a discount which was nice. Sure hope they repar it this time. Other than that, hotel was good. We loved the restarant and gift shops and location can't be beat. Shuttle stop and gas station are right across the street.

The bed was so comfortable and the room was very roomy for the 4 of us. Breakfast was excellent. Service was good all around. Our room was in the other building and so you need to walk outside to go to the dining area. There is also no elevator to the second floor so if you have health problems that would be a challenge.
Please reinvest some of your profits!

Great location but that’s where it ends for Ruby’s. The rooms are very dated. Old carpet, poor quality linens, springs felt through the mattresses. Musty smell in rooms trying to be masked by a heavy spray. They desperately need to reinvest some of their profit back into this hotel. Staff was nice but not familiar with things to do in the area. We expected more. Very unhappy/disappointed. BW should demand updates if Ruby’s wants to keep their affiliation.
