Large, very busy motel with easy access direct to the park by shuttle bus or self drive, ideal if you want to see sunrise or sunset in the canyon area. Plenty of parking, laundry on site as well a convenience store. Room was large but dark and well worn, fridge and microwave but no safe or kettle. Basic but comfortable enough. No bar but restaurant available all day. Breakfast extremely basic buffet choices, dinner buffet and simple a la carte available, adequate but not very interesting.

Full service hotel in popular area.

An older hotel in a highly desirable area. Full service...3 restaurants, large store, many rooms in the compound. A bit "rustic", but not bad. Breakfast buffet included in room rate...pretty simple buffet, but adequate. Service was fine. Ice machines didn't work. Overall, for the location, a good place to stay. Rates very reasonable.

Good place to stay right outside Bryce Canyon

We stayed here for 2 nights and overall enjoyed our stay. This place is way bigger than I expected but it's a well oiled machine. Staff was friendly and Esther from the General Store was super sweet! There are plenty of activities you can book with the hotel. The restaurant in the main building gets super busy for dinner and you will have to wait in line to get on the waitlist, but everything moves quickly and we didn't need to wait more than 10-15 minutes. Dinner was okay, the breakfast was better than average and I was pleasantly surprised that they were offering cottage cheese for breakfast. There are plenty of options for everyone. We had our do not disturb sign on the door and the cleaning staff left a bag with fresh towels and washcloths for us which we highly appreciated. At other hotels you have to ask the front desk for a new set when you don't want your room to be made. Downside to this hotel is that it is very dated and the shower squeaked loudly with every step you made in the tub. There was also not enough hot water left when my husband took a shower after me later in the evening. Overall I would still recommend this hotel.

Large, mid-range place to stay with immediate access to Bryce Canyon National Park. It is a favourite of tours given the number of rooms in several buildings and the availability of food. There is also a large gift shop and mini post office. The buffet dinner and the buffet breakfast are good, especially if you are hungry.

Terrible place. Really old. Not worth the money.

This place is not worth the money at all. The rooms are soooo old. The carpet looks so filthy - it’s pretty much black. Their furniture looks like it came from the western period that they have pictures of on the walls. Really dark wood. Almost black carpet. I called the front desk asking if we could have a mug or cup that can be microwaved for tea in the evening. She said - and I quote - “we don’t have that at all. Just use the coffee maker to warm up hot water.” Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Even the staff at the restaurant don’t seem to care about answering your questions at all. The staff don’t care about serving the customers.
