Beautiful and relaxing
This property is absolutely gorgeous. Very close when it comes to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg attractions. Very clean rooms. Great staff. We had a fireplace in our room and they have firewood starters and matches available at the front desk. Breakfast daily. I highly recommend to stay at this wonderful Resort!

Second time was not a charm
We stayed at this hotel in June of 2019 and it was amazing. The room was clean and spacious. The facility was well kept. It was so great that we planned a second trip in December 2020. We paid for a deluxe room and we got the worst one they had. The room was dirty. There was dust on the blinds and the windows. The walls were like paper and you could hear everything from the people next door. I’m not sure if we just came at a bad time or if they let the hotel go to the ground...

nice but not cleaniness
The Staff what was there was nice at check in. Our first night was nice and room was cleaned. The following two days was disaster. Our room was not cleaned and the promise breakfast was not even available to customers. I called to get extra towels and was told they would be brought to the room and still had to go get them myself. Also there were roaches in the room.

Upon check in, the front desk swiped my card and said it was declined and asked for another card. No biggie, but I checked my account to be sure, and sure enough... my card was run and charged immediately - I just had to show them my bank account app
on my phone to prove it.
Throughout the room, random things been updated, like the tile floor in the bathrooms, but the ceilings in the bathroom was moldy and covered in cobwebs and the carpet made the whole room reek of an unkept retirement home. The mattress was firm on one side, with the other side so floppy you had to be careful not to roll off. Also unless you climb under the bed, there's nowhere to plug in your phone.
The only perk about this place was that the view along the river was gorgeous, so if you're simply sleeping here, it will suffice.

This was my first trip to the area so I didn't have any big expectations for the journey. I liked that its literally next to the creek which gives you an Amazing sound all night as it is streaming. The room is OK. It had enough space and furniture was fine. The beds were very worn so that might bother some people. The best thing about it was how close it is to everything, but is just slightly away from the main road so you can avoid that massive traffic jam. In good weather, you could easily walk from the hotel to any main places in town. I would come here again.
