The hotel falls below the expectation of a premier collection hotel. It was clean, but basic. Food was good, restaurant servie was good. Bar service not great. If you stay here ask for a room facing the parking lot because the noise level for rooms facing the street will keep you up all night.

We were warmly welcomed and that first impression started our pleasant stay at The Rushmore. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was a buffet with nice choices…… eggs, sides, pancakes and cereals. Coffee was served in a thermos on the table. Very nice start to the day!

Great atmosphere, clean quiet hotel, excellent customer service, great location, welcoming experience, easy reservation/check in process, always someone available to help, shuttles are a great addition, great outdoor seating area

Great downtown location. Clean rooms and hotel. Great customer service with everyone we had contact with. Having parking available close by and at no extra cost was a plus. The weather wasn't great during this stay but the outside fireplace and patio will be a nice place to hangout when the weather is nicer.

Stayed at this hotel several times and is my go to. Best location in downtown, staff is super friendly and rooms are modern. Ample parking provided. There is an anchor restaurant and chique bar. Would recommend for travelers. Shuttle to airport is provided is also a big plus.
