This Hotel was convenient and a Wonderful place to stay with exceptional staff and service, stayed here on our trip to take our Granddaughter home to Illinois clean rooms and very friendly staff, breakfast was wonderfully with plenty to eat.

I really wish I could’ve rated this higher. First impressions were great. The lobby was clean and had an elegant presence. The room, however, did not meet our expectations. It did not look as though it had received a good cleaning in a while. The bathtub had dirt all along the sides which easily came up with a washcloth. There was also hair on the floor. Also, the walls were paper, thin, not that we expected it to be a bank vault. The one saving grace was the restaurant. We had it the next morning, although it was not free. It was well worth the money. The location was convenient in the downtown area with lots of snazzy shops and restaurants nearby. Not sure if we would come back again, but it might be a consideration.

Beautifully appointed room with very comfortable beds. Cool wall murals of South Dakota attractions. Great location to downtown shopping and restaurants - check out the Essence of Coffee, the Firehouse Brewery, Prairie Edge and Dakota Drum!

The room was spacious, warm, clean and very comfortable. The showerwas clean with thewater coming to temperature safe andquick. Staff was pleasantto communicate with. We were able to isolate from the pressure of the previous week. The next morning we were able to experience a pleasant cost affect and pleasant breakfast. Thank you for the experience.

This was not a planned stop but enjoyed my stay. Very friendly staff, food was good, we were there on a crab legs and I prime rib night. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the view from my room. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely stay here again.
