The Rushmore Hotel & Suites, BW Premier Collection
Clean, comfortable, modern, great location, good restaurants. A good place to stay in Rapid City.

Hotel parking is free or there is a $10 p/p shuttle to and from Rapid City Regional Airport. Furnishings throughout the hotel are modern and comfortable. 445 Lounge and Grill is a great place for a drink or meal. Enigma Restaurant meal was excellent. Room could use a few more mirrors and some drawer space but otherwise it was very comfortable with a comfy bed. Railroad tracks are nearby for some nighttime serenading but some may find those sounds nostalgic and homey. We weren't bothered by the noise. Front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. We were very happy with our stay at the Rushmore Suites.

It was a very convenient location with easy access to great restaurants, bars and shops. I love the free parking and it was easy to get in and out. The staff at the front desk was super to deal with over the phone and in person. Would definitely stay there again if I am ever in Rapid City again.

The room was modern, with a bar along one wall with high bar stools that afforded us a view of the city below. The bed was comfortable. Good quality bedding and towels.
Staff were friendly and efficient. Check in and check out were fast. The relief on the wall by reception which depicts a Buffalo Jump was a conversation starter.
Very large parking lot with easy access to and from the interstate.

The room is small, there is no fridge or microwave and it's very noisy because of it's location. There is a sign at the front desk warning about the noise but, by the time you see that warning, you've already checked in and paid for the room.

The hotel’s main clientele seems to be tour groups. We found it to be attractive and In a convenient location in town for souvenir shopping and restaurants. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. However, the hotel has no pool or Jacuzzi. Our room was comfortable, fairly spacious, but lacking in amenities… no microwave, no safe, although they did provide a pod-type coffee maker and small fridge.
There were two big down-sides to our stay:
1. Although the restaurant food was available in the bar, or through room service, the restaurant was closed to accommodate tour groups only. 2. The closest grocery store or pharmacy is not within reasonable walking distance.
