There were these guys drinking outside when we got there to check in, and they would not stop staring at me and my girls. Just didn’t feel exactly safe. There were beetle bugs everywhere now and then. The towels were super worn out and dirty. There was literally a clump of hair on the bed when removed the top blanket. I DO NOT recommend this place at all!!!
Not a good choice

The mattress was hard and when I pulled the sheet back I found several long dark hairs in the bed and stains on the sheets. The air conditioner was filthy inside and made the room smell like urine when turned on. The bathroom sink was dirty and there was something smeared on the wall. Breakfast is milk, juice, yogurt, cereal, and muffins. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. As a Choice member, I must say this is not a good choice.

There was a sharp downspout which had been ripped from the building, pointing out into the sidewalk. The 2nd floor window in the stairwell, where my room (202) was located, was open with no screen in place. This is DANGEROUS!
Going into room 202 the lights would not come on with the switch, I had to go in and click the lamps on one by one. The beds were made, but did not look clean. Stained sheets, crumb type items on one bed.
I washed my hands in the sink, feeling disgusting, and the water would not go down.
I proceeded to the front desk to ask for a refund (they told me Expedia have to do that?) and explained my concerns. I handed him the keys and am now sleeping in my truck.
Follow-up: Since I booked through Expedia, the hotel told me they would not give me a refund, and I would need to go through Expedia. Expedia got in contact with the hotel, and the "Manager" flat out lied, and said we did not give them the keys back (which we did less than 5 minutes after checking in), and said we never complained, or they would have refunded me.
Expedia is siding with the hotel "manager" on this and will not give me a refund.
To say I am EXTREMELY displeased is an understatement.

I was transferred to someone who doesn’t know how to speak. English had to sign me up for the rewards program. Go through all those garbage I saved four dollars
Lady at the front desk was kind no problems there. Paul was really cool with a slide, but that’s whatever.
The whole place looks like it’s about ready to be shut down. I will not stay here again.
Bed bugs!

My room had bed bugs! I was laying on the bed for a while. I then noticed one little bug running around on the sheet, then two, then three. Upon closer examination, there were dozens of them - yuck! I travel a lot and had never encountered bed bugs before. I actually had to Google what they looked like.
Luckily I had not slept overnight on the bed yet, but had lied down long enough to get some bites (didn’t even feel the bites). I immediately took a hot shower, packed up and left the room.
Upon reporting this to the front desk, they offered to refund my money if I wanted to leave. It was late and I just switched rooms to another wing of the hotel. You can be sure I checked that room that it didn’t have bed bugs.
The front desk clerk was apologetic about the situation, but the Hotel Manager was not (she was standing there when I reported it, but I did not know she was the Hotel Manager at the time). I know these things happen. I called her two times after I checked out, but she never returned my calls. That is not good customer service. Be careful about this hotel.
