This motel is ok. The lady last night at first put us in a room that was marked clean but wasn't. Then this morning the woman on duty made customers wait on breakfast being taken out and coffee was like hot water. While she stayed on her phone. So was not very good at all. The toaster wouldn't work.

We booked this hotel specifically for the nice pool and hot tub that was advertised online only to find out after we arrived that both were shut down but the website did not mention the closure when I booked here. The hotel was horribly understaffed but the one and only employee that was there was very nice even though she was clearly doing her best to make up for the lack of help. We had to wait for the only employee to try to be everywhere at once which is also why the pool was closed because there are no employees certified to run it. But again there was no warning of the closures on the website

Last leg of a long trip and we were looking forward to a good nights sleep, and a few amenities. I purposely booked with this Hotel due to their offering Breakfast, and a Pool as we had our Grandkids with us. Upon arrival the first thing I noticed was that the Guest Laundry machines were all broken. The security lock on the exterior door does not work. The door locks on our rooms did not work properly. When we got up the next morning my Grandkids told me about being eaten alive by black ants in their room (they did not tell us earlier as they did not want to wake up Grandma & Grandpa! The A/C in their room was also not working. Then, to top it all off the Free Breakfast was no longer being offered due to budget cuts. This was not told to us upon our arrival, not was there any signage stating it. The kids were pretty hungry! I brought all of this up to the Desk Clerk and explained that I was seeking a full refund due to all that had happened. She stated that they were aware of the black ants but failed to tell us or to even quarantine the affected room(s). She stated that Mgmt would not allow them to order any Breakfast supplies nor effect any repairs in a cost saving measure. I asked her why their website still advertised the free breakfast to which she said that if she knew how she would take the info down. I have yet to hear from the owner or Manager regarding our refund!

I was stranded 100 miles away, and had to be towed into Sidney, a town I did not know. The desk lady gave me the names of nearby auto repair approved by AAA, so I could contact them directly before my tow arrived (I had plenty of time-- hours!) She was sweet and kind and helpful, and set up my room, even through two changes, with efficiency and kindness.

This property is very neat and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the standard fare. We were traveling home after 3 weeks out west, so just looking for clean and affordable.
