Great value for what was provided. Coffee available anytime. Breakfast was extremely limited- like pack your own or make plans for other options- but I imagine during non Covid times it’s plentiful- as it is a large serving area. Rooms very spacious and clean, loved the sink/vanity area- made showering and getting ready very accommodating. We stayed here for its convenience and price near Yellowstone. Great for those who like to venture out for the evening and check out local haunts. Pool area open and clean and hot tub was just what we needed after long hiking and exploring days at the park.

Not clean, poor “breakfast”

Not very clean, hairs in the bathroom. Grout is coming up on the tile floors and looks gross. Breakfast was pathetic. I understand “COVID-19”, but you can at least get more then oranges and a breakfast bar to give out. They are just using the virus as an excuse to not have to provide much for breakfast and charge the same amount each night. I would not stay here.

A great place to just worry about nothing(except getting to the park).

We had a great time at the Gray Wolf Inn & Suites. We chose Gray Wolf because it was across from the Discovery Center which we love. From the 1st day till our last-We enjoyed the quiet of the room, the Hotel staff was amazing from checking in to check out. We got great service from the front desk-our room was quiet, clean & very roomy-we loved it. Breakfast was spent elsewhere considering that the Hotel only offered a minimal breakfast like an orange or a granola bar. The pool times were somewhat irritating as we did not know about scheduling pool times till late in the day when we arrived otherwise we would of scheduled according to our times available and not what was left on the time sheet. Couldn't of asked for a better room-we didn't want something fancy like a restaurant in the building or luxury showers...this place was great. Parking can be tricky if your wanting close to the building but there is parking in the designated parking garage or along the street on the side of the hotel.

Good for a 1 night stay

There are not a lot of options in West Yellowstone so the review reflects that fact. The motel is really a 2 star property. It’s adequate for a 1 night stay. I think families with children would find it more amenable. The property is worn/dated. But everything worked and the bathroom was clean. The staff seemed quite friendly.

Good location, clean rooms

We stayed one night at the hotel before heading into Yellowstone. The rooms are clean, there's plenty of parking, and the tourist shops are within walking distance. There is a fireplace out front to hang out at in the evening, you can hear the wolves in the discover center across the street. There's also several tables to sit at, which is great since the restaurants don't have much indoor seating due to Covid. You can grab something to-go and bring it to the hotel to get away from the crowd.
