We had six sites reserved, but they had us spaced out at the far end of the park. The good news was that it's quieter there as the sites next to the highway would be extremely noisy. The sites are uneven, with very little usable space as they are built into the side of a hill. It is right across the highway from the beach and pier. The wifi is unusable unless you go sit outside the office.

Rented a boat for 4 hours. Lots of fun, boat and staff were great. You pay when you return the boat. The rental fee doesn’t include a $35 per hour fuel fee. Yes it’s in the contract but it’s not obvious at all. The admit people question it all the time. Still had sheets time but final bill left a bad taste.

This restaurant is located on the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe from where you get a view of the lake. The food and service are both very good, and the food is not expensive for the resort area. There is seating both inside and outside on the deck area on the side. The fish and chips were the best that I have eaten in a long time.

Site owned by the National Forest Service and run by AMARAK. Log cabin type lodges nestled in trees at the shore of Zephyr Cove In South Lake Tahoe. Lake Tahoe is steps away. The view from the cabin is beautiful. Lodges vary in size-ours was a one bedroom with full kitchen (no dishwasher). Wi-Fi should be available although it was down on the day we were there.

Zephyr Cove was a welcome rest point after a long drive from SF. Whilst it looked busy on driving in, the RV sites were well spaced and it was only a short hop to the beach and all of the activities. We will return if we’re in the area.
