The room was huge! We stayed two nights and had breakfast both mornings enjoyed the breakfast selection. We had biscuits and gravy, bacon, toast, eggs, and hashbrowns. There were juice options, milk and coffee. The attendant was super nice and offered local knowledge of the area. We were close to Glacier National Park and the airport.

Worst hotel. Booked a room that said sleeps 5. There were 2 beds. Front desk said a 5 person room only has 2 beds. Pool was filthy. No lights in pool room. At 10pm staff went into control room turned on lights and said time to get out of pool! The bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. Dead light bulbs in the lights, outside light on room didn't work. Plug in by the bed were so worn out the plug would not stay in the wall! Price was extravagant. Went to service desk 3x. Nobody ever there. Rung the bell nobody came. Never again. Don't waste your money here.

Awful experience! We wanted to visit Flathead Lake after a wonderful day at Glacier. So, we booked this place before our day on the lake. Check in and staff were great! The hotel and room were another story. place is run down! Room was filthy. Biggest hair clog in the tub. Dirty walls. Bathroom door wouldnt shut. Table was dirty. Pool was disgusting with stains at the bottom. Almost looked like mold. Hot tub was out of service and looked like it hadnt worked since the 70's. We expected so much more for the over $250/night we spent. We picked this place for the location, pool, and hot tub. Had we not checked in so late we would have moved to another hotel. Believe me, I tired to book somewhere else at 9:30pm! I have reached out to the hotel several times with no answer/resolution whatsoever! Do not stay here!

Everything went well at check in. The room was much bigger than we needed… a separate bedroom from the living room. More than what we thought we’d get. Comfortable king size bed. We were in Room 272 which is directly above the office, meaning that I awoke at 3:00am hearing a television and singing. I’d fall back asleep anyway. Around 7:00am we heard a washing machine spinning fairly loudly. About an hour after we checked out while having coffee downtown, I realized I had left my I-Pad Faraday cover on the bathroom counter. We went back and spoke to the woman in the office who gave me the key to get back in the room. The room had already been cleaned and there was no I-Pad Faraday cover. I saw a cleaning lady in the hallway and spoke to her about it. She said she hadn’t seen it while not being able to look me in the eye. I know where I left it and no one else had been in the room. Why would she lie? What good does stealing and lying about it do? I was pissed, but what could I do? I’ll tell you what. If you look at any of my TripAdvisor reviews, you will see that I’ve never written a bad review. I only write reviews when restaurants and hotels go above and beyond the call of duty and give me exceptionally good service. This is a first. I’m sorry I had to write it, but thought that, at least, the office manager should know about the antics of their cleaning lady.

good value for the money

Good location, clean and friendly. Good price compared to other budget hotels in the area. No negative things to say really as it was a good price for a clean and comfortable room. Will stay there again.
