At a time of year when the summer season is winding down West Yellowstone was still pretty busy. This hotel did have some COVID requirements, but the staff was not great about adhering to them. Several front desk help did not wear their masks all the time while serving the public. They explained to us that room cleaning would not occur for guests staying three nights or fewer but on the last day we were there our room was cleaned and linens changed, not to my liking! The room was large and comfortable and had fridge, microwave and in room coffee maker, There was no coffee in the lobby and we were charged $1 for a cup of coffee if we wanted it with our breakfast. We did have bagged breakfasts included with the room, which were breakfast burritos and apple juice and a granola bar, not bad.

Awful. Very rude worker at the front desk. Yes we had kids that were being loud. He could have just asked us to lower voices. Instead went on a loooong tirade about "being respectful"...don't treat your guests like they are children. Would have went over well with just a "be quiet please." Got hung up on when asking question about coffee.felt staff and other guests were being racist to me and my family. We had awesome experiences at the other yellowstone hotels/inns so I was surprised to have such a negative experience here. I've never even left a review for anything but felt this had to be said. Awful.

Great location and clean!

Within walking to Yellowstone and West Yellowstone restaurants- the location was great. The rooms were dated but super clean. The pool with the awesome slide was a highlight for our kids. The breakfast was a little lacking- the sack bag came with a hot but small egg and cheese breakfast burrito which was pretty good, a bottle of water and a granola bar. We stayed at other places this trip that offered more variety, which would’ve been nice. The front desk attendant also wasn’t the friendliest when checking in- make sure you have your license plate number on you or you won’t be allowed check- in. When there’s a line behind you and tired kids- it was frustrating I couldn’t just check in and provide that information later. But overall- clean and decent place to stay near Yellowstone!

Spent 3 nights at this property. The bathtubs need to have security strips on the tub and a handle on the wall. I am a senior and almost slipped in the tub. It will save Days Inn a lawsuit if they can install security features in their tubs. Doing this will be cheaper in the long run.

First the restaurant is open and it states you get breakfast coupons for there but thats not true .....you get a crappy brown bag full of junk. The white guy at the front desk was very rude and unfriendly. Our room was ok and it was clean and the staff was constantly cleaning. But NO social distancing in the pool area whatsoever.
