The front desk staff was great, especially Cindy and the amenities were nice, a pool and hot tub. The rooms are a very nice size for a family of 4. A wonderful lobby area with a fire pit and plenty of comfy chairs. Plus S’mores kit for the kids. Highly recommend.

This place is a rip-off. In addition to its exorbitant room prices it charges “amenity” fees which are undisclosed until check in and “non-negotiable” even if you don’t use any of the “amenities”. Definitely price gouging. No check-in until 4:00 PM even if some of the rooms are ready. Find another option.

Reception staff were very pleasant and enthusiastic. We had a ground floor room overlooking the car park which had two large beds, plenty of light, a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and large tv. The room was clean with just the bedside table being overlooked and a little dusty. The fire pit was a nice effect and the fact that there were free washers and dryers were greatly appreciated after being travelling for awhile. Just to be aware there was a non negotiable amount, I think $15 per day added to the bill for the use of the hot tub and cycles provided, whether used or not which you were told about at check in. We didn't use them. Only place that we stayed at that did this. Loads of restaurants nearby. All very busy even on a Sunday evening and close to the entrance to Yellowstone.

The main pictures must show high-end rooms. Our room(s) did have great views, but it was definitely older and needed some additional updates. We had combining rooms. There is an additional $15 fee on each room. They give you refillable water bottles, free smores for kids to make at their fire pit, binoculars and a walking pole to use in Yellowstone (a fee if not returned). Indoor pool connected to a small game room which is nice if you have kids. The beds/pillows were actually extremely comfortable. We had no issues with noise and slept very well.

We did not know what to expect with the uneven reviews (the first saying the place is temporarily closed) and outdated photos on Booking.com, but we are very pleasantly surprised. Our “cabin” is quite luxurious with every modern amenity, cushy beds, nice linens and great views. Highly recommend.
