If you're in the area, I can't recommend this hotel enough. Great rooms, viewing experience from the balcony and service! Brittany at the service desk was phenomenal to work with! She helped with our room, all of our luggage, & provided some great tips around the city!

Harbor 360 Hotel, Seward Great Stay!

This hotel is so nice. We had such a clean and lovely room with a balcony overlooking the water and were able to sit outside and watch the boats come and go along with a sea otter who seemed to want to show off for us.
The hotel is a wonderful experience and though Seward can be a bit gloomy, you will not realize it when you are in your room here!
We enjoyed the location being so close to everything. They work hard to keep this hotel up so well!

Besides being "very strategically located" to take the Scenic Cruise out to the Kenai Fjords, it also was within walking distance for many good restaurants, shops and the National Parks Visitor Center.
Admittedly, we found the most wonderful front desk agent (Brittany) who regardless of the question we asked, had a great answer and could always point us in the right direction. She is EXACTLY the person you want representing your property to the public. :)

This hotel is just perfect! We disembarked of our cruise and it was very close to the cruise terminal. They also got a complementary shuttle to the hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms and with a great view of the harbor. We also got to do our laundry in the laundry guest room which was perfect. Everyone at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Romel helped us very good with info to do our laundry. Would really recommend and it's close to allot of great restaurants. The continental breakfast is not allot but it will help if your in a hurry besides that we have nothing to complain.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There were extra pillows immediately available in the room. The room included a mini-fridge and nice work space. The harbor side rooms have amazing views of the harbor right out the window! There is a continental breakfast included with the stay. There is also a great gift shop with a wide variety of gifts and you're every day needs. The staff were all very friendly and helpful!
